Wie zijn wij?

Een goed onderlegd en stevig team. Er is veel denkkracht; we zijn gericht op het door-ontwikkelen van het onderwijs en hebben een vernieuwende kijk op Montessorionderwijs. Ons schoolklimaat wordt daarnaast ook gekenmerkt door humor, warmte, betrokkenheid. De

leerlingen van onze school zijn sociaal, ondernemend en leergierig. Onze groepen 1-2 vormen een hecht team binnen de school.

Wie zijn wij samen?

Vrijheid in gebondenheid is wat wij elkaar geven; wij bieden heldere kaders waarbinnen gewerkt wordt en jij krijgt de ruimte om je te ontwikkelen en specialiseren indien gewenst. Binnen vaste regels en afspraken is er zoveel mogelijk vrije ruimte voor leerkracht

en leerling. Omdat we het Montessorimateriaal combineren met lesmethodes, is de werkwijze beschreven in protocollen. Dit alles om zoveel mogelijk houvast te bieden en de doorgaande lijn te bewaken. Daarnaast zitten wij momenteel in twee mooie ontwikkeltrajecten

die ons moderne Montessorionderwijs verder versterkt: leerdoelgericht onderwijs en de zeven gewoonten van Stephen Covey. Een unieke kans om een rol te spelen in deze ontwikkelingen!

Functie-eisen

Je bent betrokken en hebt zelfkennis. Samenwerken, zuiver communiceren en kritisch meedenken zijn jouw kenmerken. Het gedachtegoed van Maria Montessori is je bekend of is voor jou motivatie om je hierin te verdiepen. Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en

houdt van een goed (onderwijskundig) gesprek. Je wilt werken aan uitdagend onderwijs en gaat graag aan de slag met ons zelfsturende team. Verder beschik je over:

- een afgeronde Pabo-opleiding, je bent les-bevoegd;

- affiniteit en/of ervaring met het Montessori-onderwijs;

- een Montessori-diploma of -certificaat is een pré.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Praktisch

Het salaris is conform CAO PO. De aanstelling heeft een omvang van vijf werkdagen. Liever minder werken? Ook dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek. Het betreft in eerste instantie een tijdel
