Als leerkracht bij de Bergse Veld school zet je je dagelijks in voor de ontwikkeling van kinderen met gedragsproblemen en/of -stoornissen, deze vacature richt zich op de internaliserende doelgroep. Wat je gaat doen Als leerkracht binnen de Bergse Veld School van iHUB Onderwijs en Zorg creëer je een veilige, gestructureerde en stimulerende leeromgeving waarin iedere leerling tot zijn recht kan komen. In de praktijk betekent dit dat je lesgeeft, differentieert binnen de groep en nauw samenwerkt met collega's, ouders en andere betrokken professionals om de juiste ondersteuning te bieden. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt is dat je werkt met kinderen tussen de 8 en 10 jaar met internaliserende problematiek. De groep is maximaal 14 leerlingen groot en je werkt dagelijks samen met een ondersteuner. Alhoewel de problematiek internaliserend is, uiten de kinderen dit op verschillende manieren. Daarnaast functioneren leerlingen met internaliserende problematiek op verschillende niveaus bij de didactische vakken. Het is daarom de uitdaging voor de leerkracht om het lesaanbod zo aan te passen zodat er voldaan wordt aan de onderwijsvraag die deze leerlingen met zich meenemen: we zoeken dus een differentiatie topper die het leuk vindt om te puzzelen. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - je collega van je klassenteam gedurende de dag aanstuurt - didactische en pedagogische eindverantwoordelijkheid hebt - de vakken deels klassikaal geeft en deels in kleine-kring instructies geeft - zorgt voor een veilig, voorspelbaar en gestructureerd leerklimaat - dagelijks een ra...
