The posting

Axi-Joma is een grote basisschool in Deurne-Noord. Onze kleuterschool is georganiseerd in een tweestroom en wij verwelkomen dagelijks +/- 160 kleuters. Onze kernwaarden zijn respect, doorzetten en samenwerken. Deze waarden concretiseren we dagelijks in onze werking en in onze aanpak.

We zijn een school in beweging: we starten met de nascholing Leesstart o.b.v. Thomas More in de kleuterschool en we zetten in op effectieve didactiek en klasmanagement. We maken schoolbrede afspraken, implementeren deze in de klas steeds met het oog op kwaliteitsvol onderwijs.

We zijn gestart met de minimumdoelen Nederlands & Communicatie, Wiskunde en Wetenschap en Techniek. Samen met je parallelcollega maak je de planning, organiseer je kennisrijke thema's en heb je hierbij aandacht voor focusdoelen, woordenschat en instructie.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bevordert tijdens het lesgeven een krachtige gestructureerde en werkbare leeromgeving.
  • Je houdt rekening met de veiligheid van je kleuters
  • Je organiseert je lessen en activiteiten soepel en efficiënt.
  • Je geeft uitdagend en enthousiasmerend les in functie van de beoogde leerdoelstellingen.
  • Je gebruikt het Standaardnederlands en spreekt verrijkend op het niveau van de leerlingen bij de begeleiding van het leer- en ontwikkelingsproces.
  • In je communicatie heb je oog voor de diverse achtergronden en talige situaties van je leerlingen.
  • Doorheen het lesgeven bevorder je in het algemeen ook de persoonsontwikkeling van je leerlingen, de maatschappelijke en sociale ontwikkeling en versterk je het pedagogisch project.
  • Je volgt de schoolinterne afspraken inzake aanpak van zorg- en leerlingenbegeleiding.
  • Je kent de plaats van jouw vormingsaanbod in het geheel van het onderwijsaanbod van de school om je leerlingen goed te kunnen begeleiden en te oriënteren. (horizontale en verticale samenhang.

Je hebt een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsdiploma.
