Vacature leerkracht LB bovenbouw op IKC Het Zuiderlicht Periode: 1 oktober 2026 (of eerder) - 31 juli 2027 Groep(en): Groep 8 Omvang: 0,8 wtf Status: Tijdelijk dienstverband IKC Het Zuiderlicht zoekt leerkracht(en). Bij Het Zuiderlicht maak je écht het verschil. Als leerkracht ben je van betekenis voor onze leerlingen en krijg je de ruimte om jouw talenten en vakmanschap in te zetten. We staan voor kwalitatief sterk onderwijs, stimuleren eigenaarschap en bieden volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Samen werken we aan een omgeving waarin kinderen én professionals kunnen groeien. We bieden de kinderen een vaste structuur, nemen we ze aan de hand wanneer nodig en geven ze ruimte wanneer ze daaraan toe zijn. We creëren samen een uitdagende leeromgeving waarin kinderen zich veilig, uitgedaagd en vooral ook gezien voelen. Én onze school heeft de ambitie om uit te groeien naar een inclusieve school met aandacht voor traumasensitief onderwijs. Kortom: Bij Het Zuiderlicht ben je meer dan een leerkracht. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de ontwikkeling van kinderen en hebt elke dag de kans om blijvend impact te maken. Wij zijn op zoek naar een leerkracht die: Ervaren is in de bovenbouw; Pedagogisch sterk ontwikkeld is en de relatie met kinderen aan kan gaan; Weet hoe het brein van deze doelgroep (groep 8) werkt; Duidelijkheid en structuur kan bieden; Bekend met traumasensitief onderwijs; Een open houding heeft en flexibel is; Ouders als volwaardige partners ziet; Betrokken en enthousiast is; Didactisch goed onderlegd is en werkt vanuit het EDI model (of bereid is om dit te leren); Samenwerking als een pre ziet, maar ook goed zelfstandig kan werken; Onderwijsinhoudelijk sterk is, inzicht heeft in de leerlijnen en kan werken vanuit referentieniveaus; Groot relativeringsvermogen heeft; Kan omdenken en een portie humor bezit; Bekend is met onze doelgroep; Werkt vanuit routines en rituelen en weet hoe leren werkt; Methodes zien a...
