" Leerkracht in leerroute 1-2 op het Prisma College betekent dat je naast onze kernwaarden positief, betrokken en vindingrijk, ook creatief bent en humor als een essentieel pedagogisch instrument gebruikt. Een lach relativeert en opent namelijk deuren. Je bent ook een teamlid dat iets waardevols toevoegt aan ons als team. Wij zoeken een leerkracht die in staat is om concrete doelen naar leermomenten, lessen en dagelijkse situaties te vertalen voor pubers met iets extra's. Onze leerlingen zijn tussen de 12 en 18 jaar en leren graag op een praktijkgerichte manier. Ze hebben beperkte, tot zeer beperkte cognitieve mogelijkheden, uitdagingen in hun sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling, of een ernstige meervoudige beperking. We werken toe naar belevingsgerichte en taakgerichte dagbesteding. Jouw functie - Het voorbereiden en geven van lessen. - Het leidinggeven aan een klassenteam. - Het communiceren met opvoeders, medeopvoeders en externe partijen van jouw klas. - Het schrijven van LACCS-plannen, rapporten en OPP's. - Het nauw samenwerken binnen een leerwerkteam. - Het kunnen kijken en relativeren voorbij het gedrag van leerlingen.
