Wat heb je? - Een nieuwsgierig en leergierig karakter. - Een PABO-diploma. Ervaring binnen het onderwijs is een vereiste. - Ervaring met het directe instructiemodel. Wat krijg je? Als leerkracht wil je aan de slag bij de Recon openluchtschool afdeling SO, omdat er naast fijne collega's en leerlingen nog veel meer voor je klaarstaat: - We bieden je een dienstverband van 0,6 FTE tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast. - Deze functie is ingeschaald op LC conform de CAO po. De trede wordt bepaald door jouw opleiding, kennis en ervaring. - Je krijgt een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. - We werken hard en daarom heb je dan ook per jaar 12 weken vakantie - Je bouwt pensioen op via het pensioenfonds ABP. - Om je verder te ontwikkelen krijg je een jaarbudget van € 500,00 (naar rato) en duurzame inzetbaarheidsuren. - Wil je op de fiets naar school? Dan mag je deelnemen aan de fiscale fiets-privé-regeling. - Er ligt een Rotterdampas en een lidmaatschap van de bibliotheek van Rotterdam voor je klaar. - Kleine groepen van maximaal 15 leerlingen. Wat kun je? - Je planning en organisatie is op orde. - Je kunt soms 'out of the box' denken om aan de onderwijsbehoefte van de leerling en het doel van je les je voldoen - De pedagogische en didactische doelen en visie van de school vertaal je naar het onderwijs voor jouw groep. - Als je tegen een probleem aanloopt, durf je advies te vragen bij je collega's. - Je houdt ervan om te werken in een gevarieerd klassenteam en ziet het belang in van feedback geven en krijgen. - Wees niet ongerust! Je hebt geen medische eindverantwoordelijkheid. Die ligt bij onze verpleegkundigen. - Je kunt flexibel en positief ingesteld meegaan in de dynamische werkdag die het onderwijs dagelijks met zich meebrengt.
