- VACATURE: Leerkracht middenbouw Wij: Ibs de Isra, gestart in 2020 en gevestigd in de Rotterdamse wijk Schiebroek. Wij bieden toekomstgericht onderwijs aan. Isra is afgeleid van het Arabische woord 'sara'. Dit betekent 'reizen in de nacht' en refereert naar de reis die profeet Mohammed vanaf Jeruzalem door de zeven hemelen mocht maken op uitnodiging van de aartsengel Djibriel (Gabriël). Ibs Isra is een vertrekpunt waar elke leerling zijn/haar unieke reis begint, uitgerust met kennis, vaardigheden en waarden die de leerlingen nodig hebben om met vertrouwen en nieuwsgierigheid hun toekomst tegemoet te treden. Functie Als middenbouwleerkracht speel je een essentiële rol in het begeleiden van leerlingen tijdens een cruciale fase van hun ontwikkeling. Je ontwerpt en leidt boeiende lessen die aansluiten bij hun leerniveau en interessegebieden, terwijl je tegelijkertijd een inclusieve en ondersteunende omgeving bevordert waarin elke leerling kan groeien. Je stimuleert hun nieuwsgierigheid, ontwikkelt hun vaardigheden en inspireert hen om zelfstandig te leren en te groeien.
