Je werkt op donderdag en vrijdag en vervangt de huidige leerkracht tot aan de kerstvakantie . Organisatie Je gaat aan de slag op een school waar veel aandacht is voor een veilige en prettige leeromgeving en voor gelijke kansen voor ieder kind. De groepen zijn relatief klein, waardoor er ruimte is voor persoonlijke aandacht. Naast taal, rekenen en lezen vindt de school het belangrijk dat kinderen zich ook op andere gebieden kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarom krijgen leerlingen gedurende de week verschillende lessen van vakleerkrachten, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van sport, muziek, creativiteit, koken, judo en natuur. Binnen het team wordt nauw samengewerkt en is veel aandacht voor een positief pedagogisch klimaat, plezier en verbondenheid. Functie Als leerkracht in de middenbouw ben je op donderdag en vrijdag verantwoordelijk voor je eigen groep. Je verzorgt de dagelijkse lessen en zorgt voor een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving waarin de kinderen prettig kunnen leren en zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen. Functie-eisen - Je bent bevoegd om als leerkracht in het primair onderwijs te werken. - Je hebt affiniteit met het werken in de bovenbouw. - Je bent beschikbaar tot in ieder geval de kerstvakantie. - Je bent pedagogisch sterk en weet een veilige en prettige sfeer in de groep te creëren. - Je werkt graag samen met collega's en stemt je onderwijs af op de behoeften van leerlingen.
