BELANGRIJK: Bij ons draait alles om de liefde voor muziek overbrengen! We zoeken enthousiaste monitoren die vooral met veel plezier onze leerlingen willen begeleiden in de wondere wereld van de muziek, en dit zien als een fijne bijverdienste.

We zoeken doorlopend muziekleerkrachten voor ons muziekatelier in Schiplaken, voor het geven van lessen voor allerlei instrumenten. In dit geval zijn we specifiek op zoek naar een leerkracht drum die leerlingen op maat kan begeleiden. Indien jouw talenten verder reiken dan drum alleen, kan je bijkomende opdrachten krijgen.

  • Je zorgt voor boeiende muzieklessen op maat van de leerlingen. We kiezen bewust niet voor een te strakke aanpak, we willen onze leerlingen introduceren in de rijke wereld van muziek, we willen dat ze worden gebeten door hun instrument. Leerlingen motiveren, is met andere woorden het belangrijkste.
  • Je krijgt veel autonomie, je stelt jouw planning op in overleg met de leerlingen en/of hun ouders.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met leerlingen en hun ouders, onder andere over waar en wanneer de lessen plaatsvinden. Je verwittigt altijd tijdig bij afwezigheid.
  • Je maakt de lesruimtes klaar voor de lessen en zorgt dat ze na afloop netjes wordenachtergelaten. Je sluit indien nodig de lokalen af.
  • Je werkt mee om leerlingenconcerten en andere Muzass-activiteiten tot een succes te maken.
  • Je houdt een beperkte administratie correct bij, zoals aanwezigheden en je eigen gegevens.
  • Je geeft wekelijks indiviuele lessen van 30 minuten per leerling. Elke leerling zal over het hele schooljaar 25 lessen van jou krijgen.
  • Engagement: We zoeken iemand die zich minstens voor een schooljaar kan engageren, bij voorkeur nog veel langer.
  • Passie en motivatie: Je hebt passie voor muziek en voelt de inspiratie om deze passie over te brengen naar jouw leerlingen toe.
  • Pluspunt opleiding: Een opleiding volgen of gevolgd hebben in een pedagogische of muzikale richting is een pluspunt.
  • Pluspunt zorg: Ervaring met het werken met mensen met zorgnoden is eveneens een pluspunt.
