Jouw opdracht:

Als leerkracht Nederlands en ondersteuner speel je een belangrijke rol in het versterken van de taalvaardigheid en leerprestaties van onze leerlingen.

Je:

  • geeft gerichte lessen Nederlands, met bijzondere aandacht voor lezen, spelling, woordenschat en begrijpend lezen;
  • ondersteunt leerlingen klasintern, in nauwe samenwerking met de klasleerkracht;
  • begeleidt leerlingen die nood hebben aan extra instructie, inoefening of remediëring;
  • werkt doelgericht aan het versterken van de basiskennis en basisvaardigheden;
  • differentieert op basis van de onderwijsbehoeften en het ontwikkelingsniveau van leerlingen;
  • volgt de leerontwikkeling op en draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van maximale leerwinst;
  • werkt nauw samen met klasleerkrachten, het zorgteam en de directie.

Je vertrekt vanuit duidelijke leerdoelen, hoge verwachtingen en de overtuiging dat elk kind kan groeien en leren.

  • oog heeft voor verschillen tussen leerlingen, zonder de lat lager te leggen;
  • affiniteit heeft met een grootstedelijke, meertalige en diverse schoolcontext;
  • mee wil bouwen aan kennisrijk, kwaliteitsvol en inclusief onderwijs.

  • Professionele bachelor Onderwijs of een vergelijkbare diploma bachelor
  • Een hart voor kinderen hebben

  • Een teamspeler zijn
  • Sterke passie voor het onderwijzen en begeleiden van kinderen
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en organisatievaardigheden
