The posting

Op De Telescoop zoeken we een collega die kinderen graag ziet, warm wordt van sterk taalonderwijs en met veel goesting mee school wil maken.

Je start vanaf april 2027 in een voltijdse opdracht. We kijken daarbij verder: het is onze bedoeling dat je ook in het schooljaar 2027–2028 en daarna voltijds bij ons blijft. We willen samen iets opbouwen en investeren in jouw plek binnen ons team.

In onze lagere school werken we met vakleerkrachten. Iedereen zet zijn talenten in voor een bepaald leergebied. Jij geeft Nederlands aan één leerjaar en neemt daarnaast een deel van de taalzorg op. Zo kan je je verdiepen in jouw vak, een sterke band opbouwen met je leerlingen en kinderen gericht ondersteunen.

Taal en lezen krijgen bij ons veel aandacht. Met LIST maken we tijd voor boeken en leesplezier. Via expliciete directe instructie geven we heldere uitleg en oefenen we samen. Onze RTI-werking zorgt voor gerichte ondersteuning waar dat nodig is. Warmte, rust en hoge verwachtingen vormen de basis. In onze diverse Brusselse school help je kinderen om sterker te lezen, hun gedachten te verwoorden en met vertrouwen te groeien.

Je komt terecht in een sterk, betrokken team. We delen materiaal, bespreken lessen en leerlingwerk en bouwen samen aan doorgaande leerlijnen. Je kan rekenen op collega’s die meedenken en hun expertise delen. Actief overleggen, aandachtig luisteren en gemaakte afspraken zelfstandig en consequent opvolgen zijn absolute vereisten. We willen op elkaar kunnen bouwen.

Je hebt minstens een lerarendiploma in de achterzak, een stevige taalbasis en zin om bij te leren. Startende leerkrachten, ervaren collega’s uit het basisonderwijs en leerkrachten Nederlands uit het secundair zijn welkom. Via samenwerking, feedback en professionalisering krijg je kansen om verder te groeien.
