Wil jij als leerkracht onderbouw in Driebergen jonge kinderen begeleiden bij hun ontwikkeling? In een combinatiegroep 1/2 op een daltonschool werk je 0,4 fte (16 uur per week), met volop aandacht voor zelfstandigheid, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid. Je begint met een tijdelijk jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. "De toekomst van de wereld zit vandaag in mijn klaslokaal. " Hier maak jij het verschil Op deze daltonschool in Driebergen leren kinderen zelfstandig te werken, samen op te trekken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Samen met een betrokken team geef je deze waarden een plek in het dagelijkse onderwijs. Wij kijken naar wat bij jou past en begeleiden je bij het vinden van een passende werkplek. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld een kleinschalige dorpsschool zijn waar iedereen elkaar kent, of een levendige school met veel diversiteit en sterke ondersteuning in de klas. Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding van een adviseur met een achtergrond in het onderwijs en, waar passend, ontwikkelmogelijkheden en advies tijdens je loopbaan. Dit is wat je gaat doen Je verzorgt inspirerende, gestructureerde lessen voor een combinatiegroep 1/2. Daarbij begeleid je zowel de cognitieve als de sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling van de kinderen. Je biedt ondersteuning waar die nodig is, aan individuele leerlingen, kleine groepjes of een hele groep. Zelfstandigheid, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid vormen de basis van je aanpak.
