Wat ga je doen? In onze onderbouw werk je samen met je collega's aan een levendig en speels onderwijsaanbod, waarbij je de kinderen begeleidt in hun eerste ontdekkingen van de wereld om hen heen. Je zorgt voor een warme, veilige omgeving waarin nieuwsgierigheid, creativiteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Als jij energie haalt uit het zien groeien van jonge kinderen en het helpen ontwikkelen van hun eerste stapjes in het onderwijs, dan voel je je hier helemaal op je plek. Wat breng jij mee? Met jouw afgeronde PABO-opleiding sta jij vol enthousiasme voor de klas. In onze professionele cultuur werken we onder andere met 'met sprongen vooruit', 'hoge positieve verwachtingen' en het EDI-model voor kleuters. Het is een pré als je hier ervaring in hebt, of in ieder geval de bereidheid je hier verder in te bekwamen. Daarnaast ben je goed in reflecteren, zowel naar jezelf als naar anderen toe, en je ontvangt en geeft feedback met open armen. Je hebt sterke affiniteit met de doelgroep en ervaring of interesse in het werken met kinderen van diverse achtergronden . Je weet flexibel en creatief om te gaan met de dynamiek in de klas. Of je nu zelfstandig werkt of samen met je team, je haalt altijd het beste uit jezelf en anderen. Communiceren gaat je makkelijk af en met je humor en relativeringsvermogen zorg je voor een fijne sfeer op school!
