Je sluit aan bij de belevingswereld van het kind en zorgt voor een veilige, duidelijke en rijke leeromgeving waarin kinderen kunnen spelen, leren, ontdekken en groeien. Samen met je collega's heb je regie in hoe je samen de doelen nastreeft. Binnen de onderbouw en middenbouw werken we thematisch aan de doelen die passen bij de kerndoelen basisonderwijs.
