Jouw opdracht

Voor onze school zoeken we een enthousiaste leerkracht-ondersteuner voor een opdracht van 19 uur per week tijdens het schooljaar 2026-2027.

Je ondersteunt de leerkrachten van de B-stroom bij het afstemmen van hun lessen op de diverse leerbehoeften en situaties van onze leerlingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het schoolteam om differentiatie concreet en haalbaar te maken in de klaspraktijk.

Je opdracht bestaat uit een combinatie van:

  • Co-teaching: je ondersteunt leerkrachten tijdens de lessen en denkt samen met hen na over effectieve instructie, activerende werkvormen en begeleiding op maat.
  • Differentiatie: je helpt om lesinhouden, opdrachten en evaluaties af te stemmen op de verschillende niveaus, mogelijkheden en onderwijsbehoeften van leerlingen.
  • Ontwikkelen van lesmateriaal: je ontwerpt en verzamelt aangepast, overzichtelijk en gedifferentieerd materiaal dat aansluit bij de leefwereld en het niveau van de leerlingen in de B-stroom.
  • Didactische ondersteuning: je denkt mee over concrete strategieën om leerlingen sterker te betrekken bij het leerproces en hun kansen op succes te vergroten.
  • Samenwerking met het schoolteam: je stemt af met de betrokken leerkrachten, wisselt expertise uit en draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw van een krachtige leeromgeving.

De focus ligt op het versterken van de klaspraktijk en het ondersteunen van leerkrachten, met als doel elke leerling maximale leerkansen te bieden.

Kandidaat moet beschikken over een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs.
