The posting

MFC Madee ondersteunt jongeren die door hun verblijf of persoonlijke en familiale omstandigheden tijdelijk onvoldoende toegang hebben tot onderwijs. GO! SBSO Nautica biedt buitengewoon secundair onderwijs en wil jongeren breed vormen, in verbinding met zichzelf, anderen en de wereld. Samen creëren we een kleinschalige, flexibele en veilige leeromgeving waar jongeren opnieuw aansluiting kunnen vinden bij leren en ontwikkelen.

Jouw functie

Als leerkracht/onderwijsbegeleider begeleid je jongeren van 12 tot 21 jaar bij wie betekenisvolle deelname aan onderwijs tijdelijk onder druk staat. Je brengt hun leernoden en mogelijkheden in kaart, werkt doelgerichte trajecten op maat uit en creëert een veilige en stimulerende leeromgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de jongere, ouders en professionals uit onderwijs en welzijn, met duurzame onderwijsdeelname als perspectief.

Wie zoeken we?

· Je legt gemakkelijk verbinding met jongeren en bouwt een professionele vertrouwensrelatie op.

· Je vertaalt mogelijkheden en ondersteuningsnoden naar haalbare leer- en ontwikkeldoelen.

· Je vertaalt de leer- en ontwikkeldoelen naar een concreet lesprogramma voor de leerlingen en begeleidt hen hierbij.

· Je werkt flexibel, creatief en doelgericht op maat.

· Je communiceert helder, respectvol en verbindend.

· Je observeert zorgvuldig en stuurt je aanpak bij op basis van wat werkt.

· Je werkt zelfstandig én constructief samen met verschillende disciplines.

· Je stelt duidelijke grenzen vanuit veiligheid en zorg.

· Je bent reflectief, leergierig en staat open voor vernieuwende methodieken.
