CVO HIK is een Hedendaags, Innovatief en Kwaliteitsvol centrum voor volwassenenonderwijs gelegen in de Kempen met 7 vestigingsplaatsen: Arendonk, Geel, Herentals, Laakdal, Mol, Tessenderlo en Westerlo. We bieden een heel ruime waaier cursussen aan in heel uiteenlopende vakgebieden.

CVO HIK wil voor elke cursist optimale onderwijskansen scheppen om zichzelf te ontplooien. Samen leren opent deuren in een snel evoluerende wereld. Vandaar onze leuze: “Samen groeien is onze keuze”. Hierbij willen we zowel inzetten op de individuele situatie van cursisten als op de professionele groei van elke leraar.

Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een leraar voor één module ‘Samenwerken met gezinnen en hun context – baby's en peuters’ (campus Mol) voor de opleiding "Kinderbegeleider baby’s en peuters & schoolgaande kinderen" om ons team te versterken.

Jouw taken:

  • Je bereidt je lessen voor op basis van de leerplandoelstellingen en stemt deze af op de leefwereld van de cursisten en/of hun (toekomstige) werkomgeving.
  • Je creëert een krachtige leeromgeving, afgestemd op de behoeften van je cursisten, waarbij je gebruik maakt van diverse didactische werkvormen om het leerrendement te optimaliseren.
  • Je evalueert de leerdoelen, biedt constructieve feedback en stuurt de cursisten bij waar nodig om hen verder te helpen in hun leerproces.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met je collega’s om de gezamenlijke uitdagingen binnen de opleiding aan te pakken.
  • Je maakt je zowel het leerplatform als ons administratief systeem eigen en werkt hier efficiënt mee.
  • Je staat volledig achter de visie van levenslang leren en de missie van CVO HIK.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur werkervaring in de zorgsector of ervaring in de kinderopvang
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en kunt efficiënt werken met digitale tools.
