Don Bosco Halle BuSO is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde leerkracht logistiek assistent in de zorg/ logistiek onderhoud voor opleidingsvorm 3, in een voltijdse opdracht (tot en met 30/12/2026 met mogelijkheid tot verlenging).

Je begeleidt jongeren in hun beroepsgerichte opleiding, met oog voor hun talenten, mogelijkheden en persoonlijk groeipad.

Don Bosco Halle BuSO is een school voor buitengewoon secundair onderwijs met opleidingsvorm 3 (type basisaanbod en type 3).

OV3 biedt een praktische, sociale en beroepsgerichte vorming met als doel onze leerlingen zo zelfstandig mogelijk te laten functioneren en hen voor te bereiden op tewerkstelling en participatie in het gewone leef- en werkmilieu.

Vanuit het pedagogisch project van Don Bosco creëren we een warm en veilig leerklimaat, waarin vertrouwen, respect, nabijheid en kansen geven centraal staan. We geloven sterk dat elke jongere kan groeien wanneer hij of zij zich gezien en gesteund voelt.

Jouw rol

  • Je begeleidt leerlingen in het aanleren van praktische vaardigheden die aansluiten bij logistieke taken en onderhoud.
  • Je leert hen werken met aandacht voor hygiëne, orde, samenwerking en beroepshouding, en bereidt hen voor op een mogelijke tewerkstelling in zorg- en ondersteunende omgevingen.
  • Je combineert praktijkgericht onderwijs met pedagogische begeleiding en draagt actief bij aan de sociale en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van onze jongeren.

Jouw profiel

  • Een pedagogische bekwaamheid is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring in het buitengewoon onderwijs of met kwetsbare jongeren is een voordeel
  • Je hebt affiniteit met zorg- en logistieke contexten
  • Je gaat positief, duidelijk en respectvol om met jongeren
  • Je werkt graag samen en hebt een collegiale ingesteldheid
  • Je hebt aandacht voor hygiëne, veiligheid, orde en netheid
  • Je beschikt over basis computervaardigheden/Smartschool
