Als leerkracht Orthodoxe Godsdienst binnen het BUSO (Opleidingsvorm 1, 2, 3) bied je levensbeschouwing op maat aan jongeren met bijzondere opvoedings- en onderwijsnoden.

Je wordt een actief en gedreven lid van ons team rond interlevensbeschouwelijke dialoog. Samen zorgen jullie voor een warme, tolerante en open leeromgeving op school.

  • Lessen op maat verzorgen: Je bereidt levensbeschouwelijke lessen voor en begeleidt onze leerlingen adequaat, afgestemd op de noden en de leefwereld van de verschillende opleidingsvormen (OV1 t.e.m. OV4).
  • Dialoog en samenwerking: Je werkt actief mee aan projecten en initiatieven rond de interlevensbeschouwelijke dialoog op school en bouwt bruggen tussen verschillende culturen en overtuigingen.
  • Klasmanagement en structuur: Je bent een stimulerend voorbeeld voor je leerlingen. Je kunt goed omgaan met grenzen en weet een duidelijke, veilige structuur en sfeer neer te zetten in de klas.
  • Digitale administratie en overleg: Je bent niet bang van een beperkte hoeveelheid bijhorende administratie. Je volgt de vorderingen van leerlingen op via Smartschool en neemt constructief deel aan de wekelijkse klassenraden (tweewekelijks van 15.45 tot 17.30 of wekelijks van 15.45 tot 16.35)

Diploma:

  • bachelor in het onderwijs
  • bewijs pedagogische bekwaamheid
  • lerarenopleiding
  • andere vereiste of voldoende geachte bekwaamheidsbewijzen voor het secundair onderwijs

Ervaring:

  • inzicht in en/of ervaring binnen BuSO is een meerwaarde, geen vereiste
