Stichting OVO bestaat uit 11 basisscholen en 5 middelbare scholen in Gorinchem en Hardinxveld – Giessendam. Onze scholen hebben ieder hun eigen karakter en unieke kenmerken. Overal bieden we open onderwijs aan en zoeken we de verbinding op met de maatschappij. We ontdekken talenten en bieden de ruimte en mogelijkheden om die talenten te ontwikkelen.

Voor onze basisscholen zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en bevlogen leerkracht voor groep 1 t/m 8 (bij voorkeur de bovenbouw). Of je nu aan het begin van je loopbaan staat of al ruime ervaring hebt opgedaan in het onderwijs: wij gaan graag met je in gesprek over de mogelijkheden binnen onze organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als leerkracht bied je leerlingen een veilige, stimulerende en uitdagende leeromgeving waarin zij zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Je weet onderwijs af te stemmen op de behoeften van leerlingen en draagt bij aan een positief pedagogisch klimaat. Samen met collega's, ouders en andere betrokkenen werk je aan de ontwikkeling van ieder kind.

Jij bent een leerkracht die:

- Met plezier, passie en enthousiasme voor de klas staat;

- Gelooft in de kracht en mogelijkheden van ieder kind;

- Leerlingen weet te inspireren, motiveren en begeleiden;

- Graag samenwerkt en kennis deelt met collega’s;

- Nieuwsgierig blijft en zich graag verder ontwikkelt.
