Voor een groep 5/6 op een SBO school in Dordrecht, zijn we op zoek naar een leerkracht voor 3 dagen (0,6 fte) in de week. Het betreft een tijdelijke functie van minimaal 2 maanden en start na de zomervakantie met kans op verlenging. Het lesaanbod voor deze groep is kleuteraanbod. Vanuit de leerlijnen en thema's bouw je met je duocollega en onderwijsassistent je les op. Functieomschrijving Als leerkracht van deze groep 5/6 geef jij les aan kinderen die zich op kleuterniveau ontwikkelen. Je begeleidt hen stap voor stap bij de eerste vormen van spelend leren, passend bij hun ontwikkeling. In de klas werk je met veel herhaling, concreet materiaal en een duidelijke structuur. Vanuit rust en voorspelbaarheid bouw je aan het zelfvertrouwen van de kinderen. Je biedt lessen aan in taal, rekenen en wereldoriëntatie op kleuterniveau, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van het EDI-model. Zo ondersteun je elk kind in zijn of haar groei naar meer zelfstandigheid. Op de school zitten leerlingen met een verstandelijke, lichamelijke en/of meervoudige beperking of langdurige ziekte. Onderwijs en zorg worden hier gecombineerd. De school biedt een veilige plek, waar diversiteit normaal is en waar kinderen, ouders en collega's elkaar met respect benaderen. Er is ruimte voor verschillende achtergronden en overtuigingen. Kinderen leren hier niet alleen basisvaardigheden, maar ook hoe ze zichzelf en anderen beter begrijpen. Geluk en groei vormen het uitgangspunt: leerlingen mogen zichzelf zijn en krijgen de ondersteuning die zij nodig hebben om zich te ontwikkelen. In deze functie werk je in een betrokken team van leerkrachten, onderwijsassistenten, therapeuten en andere specialisten. Je staat er dus niet alleen voor.
