Is jouw lesbevoegdheid bij voorkeur aangevuld met een Master Sen en/of vergelijkbare relevante studie(s) en heb je ervaring in het Speciaal Onderwijs of Voortgezet Speciaal Onderwijs? DrieKansen is onderdeel van De Lelie. Het is een school voor Speciaal Onderwijs en Voortgezet Speciaal Onderwijs met drie locaties waar onderwijs en zorg verweven zijn met elkaar. Iedere leerling komt binnen zijn of haar mogelijkheden tot bloei. Daar zijn we trots op! Onze expertise en kracht ligt op het gebied van leerlingen tussen de 7 en 18 jaar die Zeer Moeilijk Lerend (ZML) zijn in combinatie met gedragsproblematiek.

Binnen DrieKansen wordt in kleine groepen onderwijs op maat aangeboden. Wat leerlingen kunnen en aankunnen wisselt sterk. Als leerkracht sta je samen met een gedragsondersteuner in een klas met 7 leerlingen. Er wordt een beroep gedaan op je flexibiliteit en creativiteit om accuraat om te gaan met wisselende omstandigheden.

Gezien de complexiteit van onze doelgroep zijn een afgeronde pabo-opleiding en ervaring en affiniteit met deze doelgroep, een vereiste.

Wij zoeken een leerkracht die:

- affiniteit heeft met, en kennis heeft van, leerlingen met (ernstige) leer- en gedragsproblematiek;

- een teamspeler is die beschikt over een goed relativeringsvermogen en die een stap naar voren zet in conflictsituaties;

- expertise heeft op het gebied van zorgstructuur binnen het speciaal onderwijs;

- flexibel is in werktijden en denkt in mogelijkheden;
