The posting

De Evenaar is een unieke school in hartje van BOHO/2060 op 5 minuten wandelen van het centraal station. Wat maakt ons uniek? Onze doelgroep! We zijn allemaal zot van onze mix. De helft kansrijk en de andere helft kansarm! Wij zijn een school die écht de maatschappij weerspiegelt. Ouders kiezen ervoor, leerkrachten kiezen ervoor, kortom. Wat doe je?

Je krijgt een lesopdracht binnen je mini-team van een bepaald leerjaar. In overleg en op basis van jouw sterktes bekijken welke match ons 100% love is in the air geeft ;-)

Je wordt hierbij ondersteund door jouw team. Binnen het mini-team worden de taken verdeeld op basis van de eigen sterktes. Geloof ons, niet iedereen kan goed zingen ;-) We werken per graad met een graadsverantwoordelijke en uiteraard zijn er alle andere collega's die graag op je vragen antwoorden. Eén voor één fijne mensen om mee samen te werken. We houden van de directe aanpak en waarderen jouw zelfstandigheid. We verwachten dat je actief mee verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de klas en de school. We werken vaak met directe instructie en onze brede basiszorg organiseren we in een sporenbeleid. Onze belangrijkste strategische doelstelling is: we ontwikkelen maximaal talent, doelgericht en op maat. Met andere woorden, we halen alles uit de kast om uit elke leerling het maximaal potentieel te halen. Onze spreidstand hierin is bijzonder groot. We hebben leerlingen die nog maar net in ons land zijn en onze taal niet beheersen, maar evengoed hebben we leerlingen die via een individueel traject 2 leerjaren combineren. Wij maken samen school: je bent dus even enthousiast om jezelf te smijten voor taken op schoolniveau: klusjesdag, evenementen, feestjes, werkgroepen, ..... ! Begint het al te kriebelen om onze ambitie mee waar te maken? Of eerst even dat pintje op vrijdagavond? Herken jij jezelf en ben je benieuwd? Solliciteer nu!   • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor veranderingen.
  • Je maakt fouten en begint opnieuw.
  • Je kent onze buurt en weet wat onderwijs betekent in een groot stedelijke context.

  • Je hebt affiniteit met het basisonderwijs en/of je kan vanuit een andere relevante context ervaringen delen. Heb je geen bachelor lager onderwijs? Wel een andere bachelor? Geen probleem. Met veel goesting en energie ben je welkom!
