Wil jij werken op een kleinschalige, veilige en warme school waar kinderen gezien worden en waar samen leren centraal staat? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! De School OJBS De Zilvermeeuw is een fijne school voor kinderen, ouders en teamleden in Wieringerwerf. Bij ons staat een veilige en warme sfeer centraal. We vinden het belangrijk dat kinderen zichzelf kunnen zijn, zich ontwikkelen op hun eigen manier en met plezier naar school gaan. Als Jenaplanschool werken we vanuit de kracht van de stamgroep. Kinderen van verschillende leeftijden leren met en van elkaar. We besteden veel aandacht aan samenwerken, zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en de ontwikkeling van ieder kind als uniek persoon binnen onze samenleving. Jouw nieuwe stamgroep Voor onze stamgroep 5-6 zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en betrokken leerkracht voor 3 of 4 dagen per week . De werkdagen zijn in overleg, waarbij woensdag geen werkdag is . Je vindt het leuk om samen met kinderen te ontdekken, te leren en te groeien. Je zorgt voor een prettige structuur en een veilig pedagogisch klimaat, waarin kinderen zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Daarbij heb je oog voor verschillen tussen kinderen en weet je aan te sluiten bij wat zij nodig hebben. Wat heb jij in huis? - Je wordt enthousiast van het werken met kinderen in de tussenbouw. - Je bent pedagogisch sterk en zorgt voor een veilige en fijne sfeer. - Je werkt zelfstandig én graag samenwerkt met collega's. - Je hebt affiniteit en kennis van het Jenaplanonderwijs óf bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen . - Je staat open voor nieuwe ideeën en wil samen blijven leren. - Je geeft kinderen vertrouwen en stimuleert hen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun eigen leren.
