Leerkracht taalklas Meesterbaan | Mid | Den Haag Wij vragen 24 - 32 uur HBO Reguliere baan Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Vacature omschrijving Als leerkracht van de taalklas geef je intensief taalonderwijs aan leerlingen met een NT-achtergrond2. Je werkt dagelijks aan het vergroten van hun woordenschat, taalbegrip, spreekvaardigheid en leesvaardigheid. Hierbij stem je jouw lessen af op de individuele behoeften van de leerlingen, zodat zij zich op hun eigen niveau en tempo kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's van de andere taalklas, intern begeleiders en ouders om de ontwikkeling van de leerlingen zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen. Over ons Kindcentrum Leyenburg is een warme, inclusieve plek waar kinderen zich veilig en gezien voelen. Wij bieden onderwijs en opvang onder één dak en werken vanuit een sterke pedagogische visie. In onze taalklas begeleiden we kinderen die de Nederlandse taal nog niet (voldoende) beheersen, zodat zij vol vertrouwen kunnen deelnemen aan het reguliere onderwijs. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een PABO-diploma en affiniteit met NT-onderwijs2 - Je hebt de opleiding NT2 afgerond of bent bereid deze te volgen - Je bent pedagogisch sterk en weet een veilige en positieve leeromgeving te creëren - Je hebt ervaring met, of interesse in, het werken met nieuwkomers en meertalige leerlingen - Je bent flexibel, creatief, kunt goed differentiëren en werkt graag samen in een team Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een fijne werkomgeving met betrokken collega's - Ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling en scholing op het gebied van NT2 - Een tijdelijke of vaste aanstelling van 0.6 tot 0.8 FTE, afhankelijk van ervaring en beschikbaarheid - Salaris conform CAO PO, afhankelijk van ervaring - 11 weken vakantie per schooljaar, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering - Fietsplan en een gedeeltelijke vergoeding van een sportabonnement Sollicitatieprocedure Stuur je motivatie en CV naar m.wulffele@s...
