Voor onze basisschool zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven leerkracht voor het 6de leerjaar. Als klasleerkracht bereid je de leerlingen voor op de belangrijke stap naar het secundair onderwijs. Je creëert een krachtige leeromgeving waarin elk kind op eigen niveau kan groeien.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Lesgeven aan de leerlingen van het 6de leerjaar volgens het leerplan van het Katholiek Onderwijs.
  • Begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen van leerlingen op pedagogisch en didactisch vlak.
  • Opvolgen van de leervorderingen en het zorgtraject in samenwerking met het zorgteam en de directie.
  • Voorbereiden van leerlingen op de overstap naar het secundair onderwijs.
  • Actief deelnemen aan schoolactiviteiten en ouderavonden.
  • Opbouwen van een warme, professionele relatie met de ouders.

Vereiste kwalificaties en competenties:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een vereist diploma (Bachelor in het onderwijs: lager onderwijs).
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en oog voor diversiteit in de klas.
  • Je werkt goed in teamverband en communiceert vlot en helder met collega's, ouders en externe partners.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, creatief en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal (gesproken en geschreven).
