Blijf sterk in je werk - Mentaal gezond in je werk Elver zoekt een Waarom hier werken? Bij Elver krijg je de kans om te leren én te werken in de praktijk. Je wordt goed begeleid door ervaren collega's en krijgt alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een professionele begeleider. Je leert verschillende doelgroepen kennen, doet waardevolle werkervaring op en maakt iedere dag het verschil voor onze bewoners. Wat ga je doen? Een opleiding volgen via de beroepsbegeleidende leerweg (BBL) houdt in dat je werkzaam bent binnen een team; wonen of dagbesteding, van Elver. Daarnaast ga je één dag in de week naar school. Als leerling maak je deel uit van het team, gezamenlijk zorg je voor een optimale woon- en leefomgeving voor de bewoners. Gedurende de opleiding krijg je de kans om verschillende doelgroepen te leren kennen. Als leerling (Persoonlijk)begeleider werk je in onregelmatige afwisselende diensten. Je werkt dus overdag, 's avonds en in het weekend, ook op feestdagen. Onze bewoners vragen zorg en/of begeleiding die is afgestemd op hun persoonlijke wensen en behoeften. De werkzaamheden die hierbij horen zijn afhankelijk van de doelgroep waarmee je werkt. Je komt bij Elver om het vak te leren! Wat vragen wij van jou? Wij zoeken leerlingen die affiniteit hebben met werken met mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Je bent gemotiveerd om te werken aan je ontwikkeling en om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren. Je durft kritisch naar jezelf te kijken, geeft grenzen aan en neemt regie over je eigen leerproces. Daarnaast beschik je over een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van VMBO kader of TL/MAVO, HAVO of MBO niveau 2. Wat bieden wij jou?
