Ben jij iemand die graag in de praktijk leert, de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen? Dan is dit misschien wel dé kans voor jou! Bij Het Van Weel-Bethesda Ziekenhuis kun je jouw diploma verpleegkunde behalen, terwijl je vooral veel in de praktijk aan de slag bent. Voor september 2027 zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste verzorgenden die willen starten met deze verkorte opleiding. Wat ga je doen? Omdat je al een diploma en de nodige werkervaring hebt, kun je de opleiding verkort volgen. Je start op 1 mei met een periode van drie maanden voorwerken. In deze periode volg je een speciaal voorwerkprogramma en maak je alvast kennis met het ziekenhuis en het vak van verpleegkundige. Rond je deze periode met goed gevolg af? Dan treed je in dienst bij Het Van Weel-Bethesda Ziekenhuis. Je krijgt een contract van 32 tot 36 uur per week, waarbij je één dag per week naar school gaat. De overige uren ben je vooral op de werkvloer te vinden. Daar leer je het vak in de praktijk, doe je ervaring op en ontwikkel je stap voor stap de verschillende verpleegkundige rollen. Hoe ziet je team eruit? Als leerling krijg je bij ons volop de kans om ervaring op te doen. Elk half jaar werk je op een andere afdeling. Zo ontdek je verschillende kanten van het vak, leer je steeds nieuwe collega's kennen en doe je ervaring op binnen verschillende teams. Op die manier krijg je een brede kijk op het vak van verpleegkundige en ontdek je wat het beste bij jou past.
