Je werkt mee in het ambitieuze serviceteam van Restaurant Manager Julian Schweigl en je zorgt voor een fantastische culinaire ervaring voor elke gast. Daarnaast leer je, wanneer je interesse daar ligt, meer over wijnen van Sommelier Nils Snitselaar. Samen overtreffen jullie de verwachtingen van de gast, door jullie correctie en proactieve service, die jullie op een energieke manier overbrengen aan de gast. Als leerling ben je (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse service, voor alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden, voor het ontvangst van de gasten en natuurlijk zorg je ervoor dat het de gasten aan niets ontbreekt tijdens hun lunch of diner.Wie ben jij? Naast je leergierige houding heb je oog voor detail en wil je graag leren meewerken in een ambitieuze omgeving en hierdoor bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van onze service. Je bent proactief en je zet je actief in om te leren op het gebied van productkennis, gastvrijheid en wijnen.
