Je leert het vak direct op de werkvloer van ervaren collega's. Met collega's ga je mee naar verschillende projecten in Nederland. Je helpt bij het maken en onderhouden van daken en leert stap voor stap alle technieken. In het begin kijk je veel mee, maar al snel ga je zelf aan de slag. Wat ga je doen als Leerling Dakdekker? - Ondersteunen bij dakwerkzaamheden - Materialen klaarleggen en aangeven - Leren werken met dakbedekking - Assisteren bij reparaties en onderhoud - Veilig werken op hoogte - Opruimen en netjes houden van de werkplek - Meedenken en actief meewerken Hier ontwikkel je jezelf tot een echte vakman. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je komt terecht bij een klein dakdekkersbedrijf waar een gezellige en hechte sfeer hangt. Wat ooit begon als een zelfstandig bedrijf, is nu uitgegroeid tot een team van ervaren vakmensen. Samen werken jullie aan verschillende projecten door heel Nederland, van nieuwbouw tot renovaties en luxe woningen. Als Leerling Dakdekker ga je altijd samen op pad met collega's. Meestal werk je in tweetallen, maar bij grotere klussen werk je met een groter team. De sfeer is ontspannen en iedereen helpt elkaar. Je collega's nemen de tijd om jou het vak goed te leren, zodat jij kunt doorgroeien tot een zelfstandige dakdekker.
