The posting

Als leerling dakdekker ga je elke dag aan de slag met je handen. Je helpt bij het aanleggen en onderhouden van platte daken, vooral met bitumen en BPDM. Je werkt samen met een vaste ploeg gezellige collega’s. Je dag begint op de werkplaats in Almere en daarna ga je samen naar de klus. Je helpt met alles: van het klaarleggen van materialen tot het afwerken van het dak. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop. Je meldt onveilige situaties direct bij je leidinggevende. Je werkt fulltime, meestal van maandag tot en met vrijdag. In deze baan ben je veel buiten, fysiek bezig en maak je echt een verschil voor mensen en bedrijven. Elke dag is anders!

Wie ben jij? Je bent praktisch ingesteld, niet bang voor hoogtes en je werkt graag buiten. Je hebt minimaal vmbo-werk- en denkniveau en je bent fit genoeg voor fysiek werk. Je woont in of vlakbij Almere, want we zoeken iemand die dichtbij woont. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar je hoeft nog geen alleskunner te zijn. Het belangrijkste is dat je wilt leren en altijd veilig werkt. Goede communicatie met collega’s is belangrijk, net als netjes en secuur werken.
