(Leerling) Drukker / Machinevoerder - diepdrukpers Zaandam Functie omschrijving Multicraft is op zoek naar een (Leerling) Drukker / Machinevoerder - diepdrukpers voor in de regio Zaandam. Heb je niet veel ervaring, ben je een "aanpakker", werk je graag met je handen, én heb je technisch- en procesmatig inzicht ? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Ben jij technisch ingesteld en werk je graag in een productieomgeving? In onze diepdrukkerij, waar een team van ongeveer 15 collega's dagelijks samenwerkt, ben jij als drukker verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en onderhouden van onze moderne 10-kleuren diepdrukpersen. Je werkt met uiteenlopende materialen, zoals aluminium, kunststof folies en papier, en vormt samen met twee collega's een ploeg die zorgt voor een optimaal drukresultaat van hoge kwaliteit. Als drukker ga je aan de slag met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Voorbereiden van orders (controleren van orderinformatie, aanwezigheid van de juiste materialen en hulpmiddelen); - Oplossen druktechnische defecten; - Uitvoeren van benodigde schoonmaak- en onderhoudsactiviteiten tijdens ombouwmomenten; - Instellen & bedienen van de drukpers overeenkomstig de orderinformatie, productie- en kwaliteitseisen en werkinstructie; - Zorg dragen voor het correct verwerken van productiegegevens in het registratiesysteem. Ben jij een ervaren drukker die toe is aan de volgende stap? Als 1e Drukker / Machinevoerder ben jij de spil van het productieproces. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de machine, stuurt je ploeg aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en lost storingen en knelpunten op. Met jouw kennis en ervaring ken je de drukpers van binnen en van buiten. Daarnaast begeleid je je collega's en help je hen groeien in het vak. Zo zorg je samen voor een optimaal productieproces en een uitstekend eindresultaat.
