Bij een bouwer van waterzuiveringsinstallaties in Scherpenzeel combineer je jouw mbo-opleiding met praktijkervaring in industriële automatisering. Als leerling Engineer PLC Software werk je mee aan de besturing van zoutelektrolyse-installaties voor waterbehandeling. Je ontdekt hoe het elektrolyseproces werkt en hoe PLC-software en HMI-schermen samen zorgen voor een goed werkende, bedienbare installatie. Vanuit bestaande softwarestandaarden leer je aanpassingen maken voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen en klantvragen. Je werkt samen met software-engineers die hun kennis met je delen en je begeleiden bij het programmeren. In de dagelijkse praktijk leer je besturingslogica structureren, programma’s verbeteren en overzichtelijke gebruikersinterfaces maken. Ook ga je mee naar inbedrijfstellingen, waar je helpt de installatie werkend te krijgen en eventueel te koppelen aan een gebouwbeheersysteem. Een cursus Siemens TIA Portal en interne trainingen ondersteunen je technische ontwikkeling. Functie-inhoud - Meewerken aan PLC- en HMI-programma’s voor zoutelektrolyse-installaties - Bestaande software aanpassen aan klantvragen en technische ontwikkelingen - Onder begeleiding overzichtelijke programmastructuren opzetten en onderhouden - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen die het proces inzichtelijk en bedienbaar maken - Assisteren bij inbedrijfstellingen en eventuele koppelingen met gebouwbeheersystemen - Meedenken over verbeteringen aan besturingssoftware en bediening Functie-eisen - Je volgt een mbo-opleiding Mechatronica niveau 4 of een vergelijkbare BBL- of BOL-opleiding - Je hebt al ervaring met programmeren - Je wilt leren hoe PLC-besturingen en HMI’s industriële processen aansturen - Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen met andere engineers - Je vindt het prettig om software gestructureerd op te zetten en te onderhouden - Je bent leergierig en neemt initiatief in je ontwikkeling Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.900 en € 3.500 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring)..
