Als Leerling Fitter leer je direct op de werkvloer alle kneepjes van het vak. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd volg je een mbo-opleiding, volledig betaald en geregeld. Dit is de ideale kans om een technische carrière te starten en mee te bouwen aan belangrijke projecten. Een gemiddelde werkdag start je samen met je team op locatie. Je werkt buiten, waar je verschillende montagewerkzaamheden uitvoert en leert omgaan met moderne gereedschappen. Je krijgt duidelijke begeleiding en de kans om vragen te stellen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je werkt steeds aan nieuwe onderdelen van het project. - Samenwerken met ervaren fitters op diverse projecten

- Uitvoeren van montage- en installatiewerkzaamheden

- Meelopen en leren van collega's tijdens het werk

- Volgen van een erkende mbo-opleiding in de techniek

- Werken in de buitenlucht aan de energietransitie

- Gebruikmaken van professionele gereedschappen

- Actief bijdragen aan een veilig en efficiënt werkproces

- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde vmbo-opleiding

- Je bent bereid een mbo-opleiding tot fitter te volgen

- Je hebt een rijbewijs B of wilt deze halen

- Je wilt certificaten halen (zoals VCA, via WerkTalent mogelijk)

- Je spreekt Nederlands en begrijpt veiligheidsinstructies

- Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en werkt graag met je handen

- Je bent enthousiast en leert graag bij
