Je hoeft nog geen ervaren glazenwasser te zijn: onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega leer je alle kneepjes van het vak en groei je uit tot een volwaardig allround glazenwasser. Welkom bij ACW ACW is een betrokken en nuchter familiebedrijf met ruim 50 jaar ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche. Bij ons staan mensen centraal. We vinden vakmanschap, samenwerken en een goede werksfeer belangrijk. Onze specialiteit? Glas- en gevelreiniging van complexe objecten, vaak op hoogte en met hoge veiligheidseisen. Dat maakt ons werk uitdagend, afwisselend en allesbehalve saai. Bij ACW ben je bovendien geen nummer. We investeren in onze mensen en geven je volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Dit ga je doen Als Leerling Glazenwasser ga je vanaf je eerste werkdag mee op pad met een ervaren collega. Hij leert je stap voor stap het vak en zorgt ervoor dat je veilig en goed voorbereid aan de slag kunt. Je werkt bij verschillende zakelijke klanten, zoals: - appartementencomplexen; - bedrijfsgebouwen; - zorginstellingen; - en andere professionele locaties. Je leert werken met verschillende arbeidsmiddelen en technieken, zoals een staande ladder, de wassteelmethodiek, gevelinstallaties en hoogwerkers. Afwisseling gegarandeerd: geen dag en geen gebouw is hetzelfde! Ook veiligheid staat bij jou voorop Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het fungeren als Spotter tijdens werkzaamheden op hoogte. Vanuit de grond ben jij de ogen en oren van je collega in de hoogwerker. Wanneer het zicht vanuit de hoogwerker beperkt is of wanneer er vanaf de grond waarschuwingen of instructies nodig zijn, speel jij...
