Met de opleiding Helpende zorg en welzijn ontwikkel je jezelf in de praktijk en draag je direct bij aan het welzijn van ouderen. Ervaring in de zorg is niet nodig. Jouw motivatie, betrokkenheid en aandacht voor anderen vinden wij veel belangrijker. Ook wanneer je nu in de horeca, het onderwijs, de detailhandel of een andere sector werkt, kunnen jouw talenten en levenservaring goed van pas komen in de ouderenzorg. Eventueel eerst starten in bijvoorbeeld een oriëntatiebaan of ondersteunende functie kan ook tot de mogelijkheden behoren. Je gaat één dag per week naar school bij ROC Mondriaan in Leiden. Hier krijg je de theorie die je nodig hebt om het vak te leren. Daarnaast doe je praktijkervaring op binnen Marente. Natuurlijk krijg je hierbij goede begeleiding vanuit school en van jouw collega's bij Marente.
