Goes 32 - 40 uur Werk-leertraject Avondopleiding of BBL! Wat wij zoeken Je zoekt een leerwerkplek waar je meters maakt in het vak. Je vindt het prettig om buiten te werken, met collega's die je het vak leren. Je bent leergierig, pakt door en houdt van afwisseling in projecten. Dit zien wij graag in jou: - Je volgt of start een BBL-opleiding richting groen; - Je hebt motivatie om alles te leren over aanleg en onderhoud in het groen; - Je werkt positief en actief samen in een team; - Je hebt rijbewijs B of bent bezig dit te halen; - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Wat ga je doen? Je leert door te doen. Je gaat mee naar uiteenlopende projecten in en rond de regio. Zo krijg je aanleg, onderhoud en techniek stap voor stap in de vingers, met begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Meewerken aan snoeien, maaien en beplanten; - Ondersteunen bij aanleg en onderhoud van onder anderen tuinen, daktuinen en groene schoolpleinen; - Samen met het team de werkplek netjes achterlaten; - Steeds zelfstandiger taken oppakken onder begeleiding.
