Elke dag zijn we buiten bezig: tuinen aanleggen, bestrating leggen, schuttingen plaatsen, bomen en planten zetten, snoeien en onderhoud doen. We werken voor zowel particuliere klanten als bedrijven, van kleine tuinen tot bedrijfsterreinen en parkjes. We werken in kleine ploegen en overleggen vooral op locatie. Als de planning schuift of het weer tegenzit, pakken we het samen aan. Op de schoffel hangen zitten zit er bij ons niet in, daar hebben we al ervaren collega's voor. Onze opdrachten zijn afwisselend. De ene week leggen we een nieuwe daktuin bij een kantoor aan, de volgende week zijn we bezig met een speelplein of een achtertuin van een particulier. Het werk is concreet en je ziet het resultaat meteen. De Baan Als leerling hovenier leer je bij ons het vak gewoon door het te doen. Je helpt mee met tuinonderhoud, werkt aan aanlegprojecten en leert hoe je een tuin van rommelig naar strak krijgt. Samen met collega's sta je bij klanten op locatie en pak je alles aan wat erbij hoort. Een werkdag begint bij de bus met koffie en een snelle planning. Daarna de tuin in. Heggen knippen, bestrating voorbereiden, planten poten en gazons netjes maken. Je werkt met verschillend gereedschap en leert elke dag iets nieuws. Soms is het even doorpakken met zwaar werk, maar ach, spierpijn is ook een vorm van groei. Bij ons kun je een BBL opleiding volgen bij een erkend leerbedrijf of gewoon praktijkervaring opdoen, wat jij zelf wilt. Functie Eisen - Fijn als je een rijbewijs B hebt, nog fijner als je rijbewijs BE hebt. Geen rijbewijs? Dan kijken we of je mee kan rijden; - Je bent bekend met het werken met hand en machinaal (tuin)gereedschap; - Vakwerk, vakwerk, en nog eens vakwerk, want je houdt van het aanleggen en onderhouden van buit...
