The posting

Als leerling installatie monteur ga je aan de slag in de installatietechniek in Nuland. Je leert in de praktijk van ervaren collega's en werkt in dagdienst, 40 uur per week. Je helpt bij het testen, afstellen en opleveren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Zo groei je stap voor stap naar het zelfstandig inbedrijfstellen op projecten. Dit ga je doen: - Meewerken aan het inbedrijfstellen en testen van werktuigbouwkundige installaties; - Controleren van installaties aan de hand van tekeningen en schema's; - Assisteren bij het afstellen en inregelen van installaties; - Leren werken met hydraulische systemen, klimaattechniek en HVAC; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en dit bespreken met je begeleider; - Ondersteunen bij opleveringen en testrapportages; - Werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.

Het bedrijf in Nuland levert complete installaties voor gebouwen, van vloerverwarming en warmtepompen tot luchtbehandeling en airconditioning. Het combineert de betrokkenheid van een familiebedrijf met professionele werkwijze en oog voor duurzaamheid. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau richting installatietechniek of werktuigbouwkunde (opleiding of ervaring); - Je hebt interesse en motivatie om in de techniek te werken; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en de wil om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen; - Je communiceert goed en werkt graag samen; - Je spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands; - Je hebt rijbewijs B of kunt zelfstandig in Nuland komen.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 2.600 en € 3.000 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Een leer-werkplek bij een groeiend en professioneel familiebedrijf; - Begeleiding door ervaren vakmensen; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting zelfstandig inbedrijfsteller; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht!
