In onze hallen lopen meerdere projecten tegelijk: schadeherstel, kleurwissels en complete refits waarbij een jacht maanden binnenstaat. Soms werken we aan een klein strak detailproject, soms aan een buitenlandse opdracht waar alles opnieuw opgebouwd wordt. We hebben vaste klanten uit Nederland, België en Duitsland die terugkomen voor groot onderhoud en nieuw lakwerk. De Baan Als leerling jachtschilder werk je mee aan complete refits en nieuwbouwprojecten. Je schuurt, plamuurt, ontvet en helpt met het voorbereiden van jachten voor het spuitwerk. Je werkt binnen in de hal, soms op steigers rondom een groot motorjacht. Geen klein priegelwerk, maar meters maken op projecten waar weken of maanden aan gewerkt wordt. Je loopt mee met ervaren collega's die je laten zien hoe je strak en netjes werkt. Hoe langer je meedraait, hoe meer je zelf oppakt. Functie Eisen - Je bent een nieuwkomer in de schildersbranche. Ruime ervaring is niet vereist!;; - Wel ervaring? Ook dan kun je bij ons aan de slag!;; - Je bent bereid om je VCA te behalen; - Je wilt het schildersvak tot in de puntjes leren; - Je woont binnen een straal van max 25 km van ons bedrijf; - Jij houdt van de grote M: Motivatie en Mooi Maatwerk (nee, niet die met de gele bogen ); - We zoeken een hardwerkende, sociale collega met gevoel voor humor.
