Wij bieden bij Hotel New York voor diverse BBL-opleidingen leerplekken aan.Een enorme keuken, een groot team en een onwijs diverse kaart, hier kan ik veel leren als Leerling Kok! Mijn naam is Raf en afgelopen september ben ik gestart met mijn tweede jaar niveau 3 van de BBL koksopleiding bij Hotel New York. Samen met nog 3 anderen leerlingen en 3 stagiaires sta ik er niet alleen voor. Wij worden allemaal door onze eigen leermeester begeleidt. Binnen HNY heb je veel mogelijkheden en wordt er ook echt wel een stukje zelfstandigheid en initiatief van ons verwacht, dat heb ik door de maanden heen wel geleerd. Wat super tof is als Leerling Kok, is dat ik binnen HNY ook de mogelijkheid krijg om andere taken uit mijn takenboek te voldoen. Als het bij ons niet op de kaart staat kan het wel altijd bestelt worden, zo kan je achter elke taak een vinkje zetten!Jouw startdatum is in overleg.
