Over ons - Over Parnassia Groep - Collega's over Parnassia Groep Leerling MBO Verpleegkundige Noord Holland Dit ga je doen Tijdens de opleiding tot verpleegkundige niveau 4 werk je achtereenvolgens op meerdere afdelingen binnen verschillende zorgbedrijven van Parnassia Groep. Parnassia Groep bestaat uit meerdere onderdelen die gespecialiseerd zijn in het voorkomen, begeleiden en behandelen van (ernstige) psychische aandoeningen en verslavingsproblemen. In de psychiatrie kom je mensen tegen in de zwakste momenten van hun leven en in het proces erna. Je moet er tegen kunnen dat je wordt geconfronteerd met onvoorspelbare situaties. Het is werk dat veel voldoening geeft, maar geestelijk en lichamelijk intensief kan zijn. Je staat er echter niet alleen voor: verplegen is teamwork. Van de samenwerking met je collega's gaat een enorme stimulans uit. Dat maakt verplegen ook tot heel móói en veelzijdig werk. Je gaat vaak minimaal 24 uur per dag om met mensen die begeleiding nodig hebben. Bij de behandeling van onze patiënten lever je een belangrijke bijdrage. Je stelt verpleeg/begeleidingsplannen op en voert deze uit, schrijft rapportages, helpt bij de dagelijkse verzorging, houdt individuele en groepsgesprekken , deelt medicijnen en injecteert etc. Tijdens de opleiding word je op school en op de afdelingen begeleid om bovenstaande verpleegkundige werkzaamheden te leren. Hoe is de opleiding opgebouwd? Reguliere route: - De opleiding duurt 3 jaar, waarbij je gemiddeld een dag in de week naar school gaat (Talland College). Daarnaast zal je stages lopen op afdelingen binnen de verschillende zorgbedrijven van Parnassia Groep. Toelatingseisen voor dit traject - kaderberoepsgerichte leerweg: diploma voor lbo, vbo of vmbo; - theoretische leerweg: diploma voor mavo of vmbo; - gemengde leerweg: diploma mavo-vbo of vmbo; - basisberoepsopleiding: diploma basisberoepsopleiding (mbo niveau 2); - Je hebt een bewijs dat je de eerste 3 leerjaren v...
