Jouw uitdaging als Leerling Monteur Als leerling monteur ga je aan de slag bij één van onze mooie projecten. In een kennismakingsgesprek bespreken we welk leerplan het beste bij jou past. Dit is afhankelijk van jouw opgedane werkervaring, opleidingen en ambities. Misschien heb je zelf de keus al gemaakt om je richting elektrotechnische of werktuigkundige installaties te laten opleiden. Vind je deze keus nog lastig? Geen enkel probleem! We helpen je graag afwegen en helpen je kiezen. Wat ga je doen? In combinatie van een leer- en werktraject word je binnen een aantal jaren een echte vakman- of vrouw! Het is afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond welk leerplan je zal bewandelen. In een kennismakingsgesprek kunnen we bespreken welk leerplan voor jou van toepassing zal zijn. Onder toezicht en begeleiding van de eerste monteur werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten. Bieden van ondersteuning bij het aanleggen van installaties. Installeren of demonteren van installaties. Signaleren van knelpunten of afwijkingen bij installaties en overlegt dit met collega’s. Wat biedt Pranger-Rosier jou? Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou In het bezit van een afgeronde mbo-opleiding (niveau 2), volgt een technische opleiding of wil graag een BBL opleiding volgen. Gemotiveerd om kennis en vaardigheden in de installatietechniek (verder) te ontwikkelen. Technisch en oplossend denkvermogen. Communicatief vaardig en goed kunnen samenwerken.
