We leggen aan, onderhouden en lossen storingen op, in huizen en bedrijven. Vaak overdag, soms moet er even extra gedacht worden. Met twaalf man staan we regelmatig met één of twee collega's op klus. Overleggen, taken verdelen en snel schakelen is normaal bij ons. Binnen zijn de lijnen kort, een vraag stellen kan altijd. In de werkplaats beginnen en eindigen we de dag. Materiaal pakken, plannen doornemen en ervaringen delen horen erbij. Alles gaat praktisch en direct. En ja, soms ruikt het naar verbrand plastic, en dan weet je dat je werk niet goed gedaan is. De Baan Bij ons leer je als leerling monteur de ins en outs van elektrotechniek. Of je nu kiest voor een BBL-opleiding of liever volledig in de praktijk leert, wij zorgen dat je goed begeleid wordt door een ervaren vakman. Je helpt mee met aansluiten, testen en storingen oplossen, en ontdekt onderweg handige trucs die je alleen op de werkvloer leert. Geen dag is saai, je gereedschapskist blijft je beste vriend en je ziet snel resultaat van je werk. Zo ontwikkel je je skills en word je stap voor stap een echte monteur. Functie Eisen - Oplossingsgericht: als iets niet werkt, kom je met een alternatief. - Betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na (naar klanten en collega's). - Werkt veilig en volgens voorschriften. - Fysiek fit: het werk kan inspannend zijn, maar er zijn hulpmiddelen. - Rijbewijs B en eigen auto (geen rijbewijs? Meereizen kan, maar je moet dan wel goed gezelschap zijn ). - Basiskennis van installatiewerk en zelfstandig kunnen werken. - Technisch inzicht en weten welk gereedschap waarvoor is (niet alles als hamer gebruiken). - Relevante opleiding/ervaring is een pré (en dat zie je terug in salaris). - Kunnen werken met technische tekeni...
