(Leerling) Monteur in Schiedam: een afwisselende BBL- of leerwerkplek waar je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid tot zelfstandig vakman in koelers en warmtewisselaars. Je werkt in een hecht team met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid, met goed materiaal en een gezellige werksfeer. Salaris: €2.900 tot €3.500, afhankelijk van ervaring. - 36 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €2900 en €3500 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Monteur Koeltechniek, zelfstandige functie of opleiding tot monteur! 1 Dit ga je doen Ben je klaar met saai, eentonig werk waar je de hele dag op dezelfde plek staat? Of zoek je een leerwerkplek waar je níét alleen maar de veger mag vasthouden, maar vanaf dag één écht mag meedraaien en sleutelen! Bij het bedrijf werken ze als een hecht team. Ze hebben een duidelijke mentaliteit: ze doen gewoon wat ze moeten doen, helpen elkaar en leveren graag de beste kwaliteit af. Geen ingewikkeld gedoe, maar gewoon direct zeggen waar het op staat. En er moet ook gelachen worden. In de lunchpauze gooien we een dartje, spelen een potje kaarten of lopen even een rondje buiten voor een frisse neus. Op elkaar kunnen bouwen en een goede werksfeer vinden ze minstens zo belangrijk als het werk zelf.
