Nieuwe collega's worden direct meegenomen in projecten en leren van ervaren elektriciens hoe alles functioneert en veilig wordt aangesloten. We hebben een nuchtere, praktische werkomgeving waarin samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is en iedereen ideeën kan inbrengen. Zo ervaar je hoe verschillende onderdelen samenkomen tot een complete, werkende installatie en hoe jouw inzet écht verschil maakt. De Baan Als leerling monteur ben je betrokken bij het installeren van complete kleine installaties in woningen, kantoren en kleine productiebedrijven. Je legt bedrading aan, sluit groepenkasten aan, installeert verlichting en helpt bij kleine machine-aansluitingen. Zo leer je het hele proces van begin tot eind. Functie Eisen - Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, alleen nieuwsgierigheid en zin om te leren. Wij leren je alles wat je moet weten om een top monteur te worden; - Je bent wel een beetje handig en hebt kennis over de techniek; - Je bent leergierig en nieuwsgierig, en durft vragen te stellen als iets niet helemaal duidelijk is; - Je hebt een auto en rijbewijs zodat je bij de klus kunt komen. Geen rijbewijs?
