Ervaringen Wil jij het vak leren terwijl je direct in de praktijk aan de slag gaat? Als Installatiemonteur Leerling werk je mee aan technische installaties en ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot zelfstandig monteur. Pak je gereedschap en bouw mee aan jouw... Als installatiemonteur leer je het vak vooral door het te doen. Samen met ervaren collega's ga je op pad en werk je aan technische installaties bij verschillende klanten. Je krijgt begeleiding, maar ook steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig werkzaamheden op te pakken. Zo groei je als leerling monteur door naar een vakman die precies weet hoe een installatie goed en veilig werkt. Je werkzaamheden als installatiemonteur bestaan onder andere uit: - Installeren en onderhouden van technische installaties; - Assisteren bij service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Opsporen en helpen oplossen van storingen; - Controleren of installaties veilig en correct functioneren; - Steeds zelfstandiger werken en doorgroeien richting servicemonteur. Over het bedrijf Je komt als installatiemonteur terecht bij een technisch installatiebedrijf waar installatie, service en onderhoud centraal staan. Je werkt samen met ervaren vakmensen die hun technische kennis graag met nieuwe collega's delen. Voor jou betekent dit een werkomgeving waarin je het vak stap voor stap kunt leren en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Als leerling monteur sta je er dus niet alleen voor. Je werkt samen met collega's op locatie en leert hoe je klanten goed helpt met betrouwbare technische oplossingen. Dit breng je mee Jouw inzet als installatiemonteur wordt beloond met goede voorwaarden en ruimte om verder te groeien: - Een salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.600 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week; - Een maximaal bruto jaarsalaris van €43.200 exclusief vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 atv-dagen; - Pensioenregeling via Stipp; - Toegang tot de Intro Academy om jezelf verder te ontwikkel...
