Leerling monteur klimaatsystemen | 38 vakantiedagen Hoogeveen Het bedrijf waar je aan de slag gaat, regelt alles rondom klimaattechniek voor bedrijven en particulieren. Denk aan het plaatsen, onderhouden en repareren van airco's en ventilatiesystemen. Je werkt bij een landelijk bedrijf die graat investeert in haar eigen mensen! Ze geloven in 1 team 1 taak, samen zorg je ervoor dat de klus af komt en je de klanten tevreden achterlaat. Er hangt een gezonde werksfeer en je krijgt goede begeleiding van monteurs die het vak al jaren doen. Er is ruimte om te leren en fouten maken hoort erbij. Je werkt op kleine en grote projecten, dus geen dag is hetzelfde. Het team is hecht en je wordt snel opgenomen in de groep. Functieomschrijving Als leerling monteur klimaatsystemen ga je samen met ervaren collega's op pad. Je helpt met het installeren en onderhouden van airco's, ventilatiesystemen en klimaataanpassingen. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen: je leert gewoon op de werkvloer. Je werkt veel buiten de deur en ziet daardoor veel verschillende plekken. 's Ochtends start je met je collega's op de zaak. Daarna stap je samen in de bus richting de eerste klus. Je helpt met de montage en installatie van klimaatsystemen, pakt gereedschap aan, doet onderhoud en leert storingen oplossen. Je hebt veel afwisseling en werkt steeds met andere collega's aan leuke projecten in Noord Nederland. Naast technische affiniteit ben je communicatief vaardig, je bent namelijk ook het visitekaartje van het bedrijf. - Installeren en aansluiten van klimaatsystemen - Meehelpen met onderhoud en kleine reparaties - Oplossen van storingen samen met het team - Werkplekken klaarmaken - Werken met gereedschap en meetapparatuur - Controleren of alles goed werkt - Samenwerken en veel leren van je collega's Functie-eisen - Mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt zin om in de techniek te werken en neemt enige technische kennis & affiniteit met je mee - Je spreekt goed Neder...
