Industrieel Reiniger Vacature – Schiedam – fulltime (40 uur per week) Werk met je handen, groei met je hoofd én sluit je week af met een snack en een glimlach. Jouw team: technisch, klein en hecht Je werkt in een team van vijf techneuten (1 reiniger, 4 monteurs) waar nuchterheid, humor en gezelligheid hand in hand gaan met hard werken. Denk: gesprekken over auto’s tunen, vissen, koken of het jonge vaderschap. De organisatie is plat, de lijnen zijn kort en iedereen helpt elkaar. Mandy zorgt op kantoor dat alles draait, Joey is directeur maar staat midden in het team, en Hans? Die is 63, houdt van vissen, en denkt nog lang niet aan pensioen. Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een collega. Jouw rol: reinigen met impact Als industrieel reiniger ben je verantwoordelijk voor het grondig schoonmaken van warmtewisselaars zoals luchtkoelers en oliekoelers. Elke dag is anders, maar jouw werkwijze is nauwkeurig en zelfstandig: - Visuele inspectie van onderdelen - Hogedruk- en chemisch reinigen - Ultrasoon reinigen en doorspoelen - Assisteren bij onderhoud: demonteren, pakkingen maken, bouten/moeren vervangen Je werkt vanuit onze locatie in Schiedam, met opdrachten die via de chef binnenkomen. Je stemt af met monteurs, voert de reiniging uit en draagt bij aan rapportages. Een zelfstandige functie waarin je echt verschil maakt – met ruimte om door te groeien.
