Functieomschrijving: Als leerling operator leg je de basis voor een duurzame carrière in de maakindustrie. Geen saaie massaproductie, maar een afwisselend traject waarin je stap voor stap zelfstandig leert werken: • Onder directe begeleiding van een vaste mentor computergestuurde bewerkingsmachines (zoals CNC-frezen en zaaglijnen) instellen, bedienen en controleren. • Leren lezen van technische tekeningen en deze direct vertalen naar de juiste programma-instellingen op de machine. • Kwaliteits- en maatcontroles uitvoeren op de gefreesde en gebogen onderdelen; je leert exact waar je op moet letten voor de perfecte afwerking. • Kleine machinestoringen signaleren, analyseren en samen met de technische dienst of ervaren collega's oplossen. • Proactief meedenken over hoe het bewerkingsproces op de vloer nóg slimmer, sneller of veiliger kan. • Samen met je team de machines netjes onderhouden en de werkplek georganiseerd houden.
